Power Yoga
A dynamic, fast-paced yoga class that connects breath to movement through a flowing series of poses. Designed to build strength, stability, flexibility, and endurance, this class offers a challenging yet empowering practice for both body and mind.
Pulse (formally Body Blast)
A high-intensity cardio class using short, powerful intervals and optional equipment to keep your workout dynamic and challenging.
Recover
Recover focuses on mobility, stretching, and foam rolling to improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and support recovery.

A community-based exercise program for people living with cardiac or pulmonary conditions delivered in partnership with Lung Health Foundation.

Ride is a high-energy indoor cycling class that boosts cardio fitness through energizing rides, hill climbs, and sprints for a powerful, full-bike workout.

Combines high-energy indoor cycling with targeted core training. Boost your cardio fitness on the bike, then strengthen and tone with focus on your core.
Sportsmania
Sportsmania is a weekly outdoor sport program for children ages 5 to 12. Sports may include soccer, basketball, lacrosse, and more.
Strength and Stretch
A low-impact class that focuses on increasing full-body strength, flexibility, and endurance to keep you mobile and active.
Sunday Reset
A weekly restorative class designed to help you close out the week and prepare your body and mind for what is ahead. A gentle, grounding experience to help you feel your best.
Tai Chi
A gentle, flowing movement practice rooted in ancient tradition and supported by modern research. Tai Chi improves balance, coordination, and mental focus while reducing stress and supporting joint health.
Therapeutic Recreation in Schools (TRIS)
Bringing the benefits of Therapeutic Recreation into school communities across Toronto and Durham Region.
Together in Movement and Exercise (TIME)
A community-based exercise program for people living with neuromuscular conditions.
Transit Awareness Training (T.A.T.)
A one-week intensive transit program for individuals aged 15+ designed to build confidence in community and transit navigation.
TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise)
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses gravity and body weight to build strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability.
Wheelchair Basketball (Beginner)
Designed for individuals of all abilities who are ready to try a new sport in a supportive, barrier-free environment
Wheelchair Rugby
An inclusive, high-energy attack-and-evasion sport,it challenges participants to carry the ball across the opposing team's try line to score
Yin Yoga
A slow, deeply restorative yoga practice that targets connective tissues through long-held, passive poses. Perfect for stress relief, recovery, and improving flexibility.
Yoga Flow
Focuses on the connection between breath and the mind. Referred to as ‘flow’ because it moves from one pose to another in a continuous, smooth way on the mat.

An in-school inclusion program for elementary classrooms in Durham Region.
