Our Employment Counsellors work alongside individuals to build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to prepare for, obtain, and maintain meaningful employment.

Employment Coaching at Abilities Centre is entirely individualized. Your Employment Counsellor will work with you to assess your skills, goals, values, and strengths, then develop a plan that reflects your aspirations. Supports, referrals, and next steps are tailored to you.
